A Free Community For Local Professionals
Learn, Connect & Grow
West Valley Business Exchange is a free and welcoming community for business owners, professionals, and anyone interested in personal or professional growth. Our book club brings people together to discuss useful business and personal development books, share ideas, and explore how each lesson can be applied in real life. You are welcome to join the conversation even if you have not read the book. We also host relaxed in-person activities where local members can connect, have fun, and build genuine relationships without the pressure or formality of a traditional networking group.
More Than An Introduction
Build Relationships That Go Beyond Business Cards
West Valley Business Exchange is built around real conversations, shared experiences, and meaningful connections. Instead of formal pitches, required referrals, or high-pressure networking, we give business owners and professionals a comfortable place to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and get to know the people behind the businesses. Whether you join us for a book club discussion or a local member event, the goal is simple: create connections that feel natural, useful, and worth continuing.
Next Book · Begins August 13, 2026
The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership
Our next book club discussion will explore The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, a practical guide to becoming more self-aware, taking greater responsibility, and responding to challenges with intention. Together, we will break down the book’s ideas and discuss how they can support better decisions, stronger communication, healthier working relationships, and more effective leadership in business and everyday life. You are welcome to join at any point, even if you have not started the book or read every chapter.

Connect in a Way That Works for You
West Valley Business Exchange offers two ways to get involved. Join an open book club discussion to learn and exchange ideas, or meet local business owners and professionals through one of our relaxed in-person events. There is no pressure to attend everything. Start with the experience that feels right for you.
Book Club
Join us on Zoom as we work through practical business and personal development books. Each meeting gives you an opportunity to explore new ideas, hear different perspectives, and discuss how the lessons could apply to your business or everyday life. Guests are always welcome, and you do not need to be caught up on the reading to participate.
Community Outings
Step away from formal networking and spend time with other local business owners and professionals in a more natural setting. Our member events include activities such as group dinners, mini golf, Topgolf, and spring training games, giving you space to have fun and build relationships without preparing a pitch.

What Our Members Value Most
"This is a great group. I enjoy that it is not all networking but also incorporates business strategy, philosophy, and tactics. If you have a small business and are looking to connect to other local business people and exchange ideas, this is the group for you."
"WVBE has been an excellent organization for me to expand my business through networking. There's also plenty of opportunities to improve my presentation skills as I have an opportunity to do so once every quarter or so. The intimate setting allows for getting to know the other members on a deeper level. I'm proud to be a part of the group!"
