Cheryl has practiced law since 1995. For the last 14 years Cheryl’s practice has centered on Estate Planning and Business Law for small businesses. She assists clients with personal and business succession planning, setting up business entities, and advising on many types of business and contract issues. Cheryl is also an Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Ethics at Grand Canyon University. Cheryl also offers short-term coaching and mentorship programs for entrepreneurs whose businesses are poised for expansion.
